If you are having trouble completing your transaction using our embedded payment processor, here are a few reasons why you might be unsuccessful and how these common issues can be resolved:

Problem: some debit cards require a PIN to be entered. If your card requires a PIN to be entered with every purchase, it may not be eligible for online purchases
Solution: try a different card or try using the PayPal link from our payments page to complete your purchase through PayPal (account with PayPal is not required).

Problem: some cards have restrictions on cross-border usage. Our servers are located in Canada and your card may be disallowing the transaction due to location.
Solution: call your bank and ask them to remove this restriction if present. Otherwise try using the PayPal link from our payments page to complete your purchase through PayPal (account with PayPal is not required).

Problem: some cards (often corporate cards) can only be used for certain business categories such as travel or healthcare, which may be restricting your ability to purchase.
Solution: call your bank and ask them to remove this restriction if present. Otherwise try using the PayPal link from our payments page to complete your purchase through PayPal (account with PayPal is not required).

Problem: your billing address entered on our website does not match the billing address listed by your bank for your card, causing your bank to reject the transaction.
Solution: change the billing address on our website to match the billing address your bank has listed for your card, then try completing your transaction again. Otherwise try using the PayPal link from our payments page to complete your purchase through PayPal (account with PayPal is not required).

Problem: Not enough funds are present on your card.
Solution: Check your card balance, make a payment if necessary and try your transaction again.

If you are still not able to process your transaction after following the above solutions, please contact us at info@wellnessmediaresources.com for further assistance and/or manual processing.
