Packages are shipped via UPS, FedEx or Canada Post, depending on your shipping choice and location. Shipping times will vary depending on your shipping choice and estimated transit times will be displayed at the time of order. For any custom orders, please allow an additional 2 business day processing time. The details of your orders, including tracking numbers (when applicable), can be accessed through the "My Orders" link in the footer of our website.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment and your chosen method of delivery. We are not responsible for any duties or taxes charged by your country related to the purchase of our products.
Special care is always taken by Wellness Media when packaging and dispatching orders to ensure materials are well protected, however please note we will not be held responsible for damages to materials during the shipping process. If there happens to be damage to your order during shipping, please contact us and we will work with you on an acceptable resolution.
How to Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must notify us of your intention to return the item(s) within 30 days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund. Wellness Media is unable to refund shipping costs for returns (unless the return is a result of our error).
1. Please email email@example.com to inform us of the reason for your return / refund. Please include your order reference number in your correspondence. In the case of damage items, please also include photos of the damaged items and damaged packaging so we can process your claim as quickly as possible.
2. If your return / refund is authorized, we will provide you with an authorization code and shipping address to return your order.
3. Refunds will be issued using the method of payment used to purchase the original order. Refunds will be issued once the returned products have been received by Wellness Media and have been verified to be in resalable condition.
4. Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee depending on products ordered and individual circumstances regarding the return.
Memberships and Downloadable Products: Please note that membership services / downloadable products are unavailable for refund.
Custom Products: Please note any custom products such as custom sized posters, custom banners with practice logos / URLs, custom vinyl decals, etc. are not eligible for refund. Any custom products ordered from Wellness Media are printed on demand and will require approval of final design proofs before printing and shipping will commence, which will allow for final verification of the product by the customer before the item is considered a final sale.
